1. Are there any publication fees?

No. Research Papers of UNWE does not charge fees for submission, peer review, editing, or publication. The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model, making it free for both authors and readers.

2. How long does the review process take?

The average peer review process takes 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted manuscripts are published online promptly after the review and editorial process is complete, following an Online First model.

3. Is the journal Open Access?

Yes. All published materials are immediately and freely accessible.

4. Who holds the copyright?

Authors retain copyright to their work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing unrestricted use and distribution as long as the original author and source are credited.

5. What languages are accepted?

Manuscripts may be submitted in Bulgarian or English. Papers in Bulgarian must include an English abstract.

6. What citation style is required?

References must follow APA style, with at least 10 scholarly sources required.

7. How is the quality of research ensured?

The journal uses a double-blind peer review process, concealing the identities of authors and reviewers. All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism; those with more than 20% similarity are not accepted.

8. Where is the journal indexed?

The journal is indexed in major international databases, including EBSCO, RePEc, CEEOL, Google Scholar, EconBiz, and ROAD. Each published article receives a unique DOI via CrossRef.
