Доброволчеството в контекста на медицинското образование: анализ и препоръки за бъдещо развитие

Абстракт

Настоящата публикация изследва развитието на доброволчеството в медицинските университети в България. Чрез анализ на наличната от университетите публична информация са изведени ползите както за самите студенти (развитие на ключови умение, професионална ориентация и др.), така и за обществото като цяло. Настоящата разработка има за цел да представи и анализира добри международни практики, свързани с доброволчеството и да изведе препоръки за насърчаването му в образователните институции. В публикацията са използвани DESK анализ, анализ на статистически данни, SWOT анализ, както и синтез на информация от официалните интернет страници и профилите в социалните мрежи Facebook и INSTAGRAM на медицинските университети в страната с цел идентифициране на съществуващи доброволчески практики и инициативи и анализ на начина, по който университетите организират и насърчават доброволчеството сред студенти, служители и преподаватели. Ограничение на настоящата разработка е, че анализът на официалните профили на медицинските университети в социална мрежа Facebook обхваща периода септември 2024 г. – април 2025 г.
